This is an authentic gastronomic experience on a beautiful catamaran. This is the ultimate boating experience in St Maarten or Anguilla. An 9 hour sailing experience like none other offering a 4-course homemade tasting menu prepared exclusively with gourmet products accompanied by a curated selection of the finest wines. Craft signature cocktails made with fresh ingredients served while you relax under the sun. Water activities like Paddle-Boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, and sunbathing on a floating mat are offered. Itinerary:

Boarding happens at 8:00 AM at the dock on 50 Airport Road located next to Sixt rental car in Simpson Bay. The captain and hostess will be greeting you with a tour of the vessel.

A continental breakfast will be served as you settle in. Help yourself to a hot beverage with a spread of croissants, cereal bread, baguettes with jam and butter, and a fruit platter. You will begin sailing to your first destination at Creole Rock. Snorkel and explore the marine life in their habitat.

Next stop, discover the pristine waters of Happy Bay, where you will be served your lunch. A 4-course gourmet meal made with the freshest ingredients and paired with a selection of wines.

Then you will sail to Long bay, as you digest the delicious food. Famous for its length this bay is home to the white sand beach and cliffs of La Sammana. During this time, you are free to partake in any water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and floating mats.

The journey ends with the 5-oclock Dutch bridge opening into the Lagoon. This itinerary is subjected to change depending on the weather, your captain will keep you updated if this occurs.

  • It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen

  • Please note that during the festive season of December 20th until January 5th there is a 20% surcharge on the tour price
BOOKING:
    At the time of booking please confirm:
  • How many people in your party including any children (6 and under)
  • Ensure your tour date is the correct date
  • If someone in your group needs special assistance, please mention their specific needs
  • Infants from 0-3 years old is not advised
  • If any vegans or persons with food allergies are present in your party, please inform us
PAYMENT:
  • A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid to the captain on the day of the charter.
  • There is a 5% Credit Card fee applied to the total.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • If you cancel 5 days prior to the tour, your deposit will be refunded (not including the bank fees)
  • If you cancel within 5 days to the tour, your deposit will be lost
  • If you cancel the day prior the departure, you will be charged the full amount
  • If a cancellation occurs due to bad weather (Decision of the Captain), you will be receiving a full refund, or will arrange for a reschedule
  • The charter is canceled if it is not full (8 guests).
