What types of boat charters do you offer?

We offer private and group charters, including half-day, full-day, overnight and sunset cruises. You can choose from luxury yachts, catamarans, speedboats, or sailboats, depending on your preference.

Do I need a boating license to rent a boat?

No, a boating license is not required if you book a charter with a captain. If you prefer a bareboat rental (without a captain), specific requirements may apply—contact us for details.

How far in advance should I book my charter?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (December–April). However, last-minute bookings may be available, so feel free to check with us.

What is included in the charter price?

Our charter prices typically include the boat, captain, fuel (unless specified otherwise), snorkeling gear, and refreshments. Some boats also include open bars, catering, and water toys. Can we customize our itinerary?

Yes! Our charters are flexible, and we can tailor your trip to include the best beaches, snorkeling spots, and scenic locations in St. Maarten/St. Martin, Anguilla or St. Barths.

What are the best places to visit on a boat charter?

Popular destinations in St. Maarten/St. Martin include Tintamarre Island, where you can swim with sea turtles, Pinel Island, known for its laid-back beach bars and shallow waters, Creole Rock, a fantastic snorkeling spot with vibrant marine life, and Long Bay, which offers crystal-clear waters and a scenic coastline.

If you're heading to Anguilla, must-visit spots include Rendezvous Bay, a stunning stretch of white sand with calm, turquoise waters, Little Bay, a secluded cove perfect for cliff jumping and snorkeling, and Sandy Island, a tiny sandbar with a beach bar serving fresh seafood and cocktails.

For an excursion to St. Barths, explore Colombier Beach, a remote and pristine beach only accessible by boat, Gustavia Harbor, where you can dock and explore the charming town filled with luxury boutiques and restaurants, and Shell Beach, famous for its unique shell-covered shoreline and beachside dining.

Do you offer water toys?

Certain boats offer water toys for an additional cost; Seabobs, E-foils, Tubing, Jetskis and Paddleboards. Please refer to the respective “Add-ons” section on our website or contact us directly with your request.

Can we see marine life during the trip?

Absolutely! You’ll likely spot sea turtles, tropical fish, stingrays, and sometimes dolphins. The waters around St. Maarten, Anguilla and St. Barths are full of marine life.

Are there restaurants we can visit during our trip?

Yes! We can stop at beachside restaurants in places like Grand Case, Pinel Island, Sandy Island, Dog Island, and St. Jean. Alternatively, we can arrange onboard catering for an additional cost.

Booking & Policies

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our charter?

If the captain deems the weather unsafe, we will reschedule your trip or issue a refund based on our cancellation policy. Light rain usually doesn’t affect charters, but safety is our top priority.

What is your cancellation policy?

    Please find our cancellation policy below:

  1. IF YOUR CHARTER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
  2. IF YOU CANCEL 7 DAYS BEFORE THE CHARTER, THE FULL DEPOSIT IS RETURNED.
  3. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CHARTER, THEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
  4. IF CANCELLATION OCCURS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CHARTER THEN 50% OF TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED.
  5. IF CANCELLATION OCCURS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHARTER THEN 100% OF TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED.

Some boats may have different cancellation policies. If it is different, we will specify with you during the booking process.

How do I make a reservation?

You can place a request directly through our website, by phone or via email. A 15 to 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages, though many of our charters include drinks and snacks. Some boats also offer catering options. Please note that most boats do not offer options to heat or reheat food.

Do you accommodate special events?

Absolutely! We can arrange charters for birthdays, proposals, weddings, corporate events, or any special occasion. Let us know your needs, and we’ll customize the experience.

Onboard Experience & Safety

Is there a bathroom on board?

Most of our larger boats and yachts have bathrooms. Smaller speedboats may not. Let us know your preference when booking.

Is there shade on the boat?

Yes, most boats have shaded areas. If you prefer full shade, let us know when booking so we can recommend the best option.

Can children come on the boat?

Of course! We welcome families and provide life jackets for children. Children under 2 years old are not advised.

Are life jackets provided?

Yes, life jackets are available for all passengers, including children. Safety is our top priority.

Is there music on the boat?

Yes! Most of our boats have Bluetooth speakers so you can connect your playlist and enjoy your favorite tunes.

Is there a maximum number of people allowed per boat?
