Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book my boat?

In the winter months it can get super busy so book as early as possible to have better chance of getting the dates and boats you want.

Where will we go on our Charter?

Each island has various locations to visit. Our captain and crew can help accomodate a plan for your day out on the water. Discuss your needs with the skipper on or before the day to work out the best areas to go, ensuring that the wind and sea conditions are favorable at your preferred destinations. A map of the various destinations can be seen on the home page.

How do I pay?

To secure your boat and preferred date we ask for a 20% deposit. We accept all credit cards, apart from American Express. Balance is to be paid on the day, before charter by either credit card or cash.
The full deposit will be returned if cancelation is made at least 3 days before the confirmed date. If cancelation occurs within 3 days, the deposit is forfeited.

What if our charter can’t go ahead due to bad weather?

It’s extremely rare to have such bad weather in the Caribbean to cancel a charter. However, mother nature can work in mysterious ways. If your charter needs to be canceled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule. If that is not possible you will receive a full refund.
